`35.2 ether` in Solidity means 35.2 × 10^18 native base units. On BSC the native asset is BNB, so this is 35.2 BNB rather than Ethereum ETH.

Each share receives `800,000,000e18 / 44,000` units. The final mint receives the integer remainder. Payment must exactly equal shares × 0.001 BNB; gas is additional. No tiered pricing.

Each wallet address begins with a cumulative quota of 10 shares, with 1–10 per transaction. No Agent ID is required. A nonzero, nonself inviter gets +10 purchase quota on a new wallet's first successful paid mint. Different wallet addresses have independent quotas. Rewards do not increase supply.

At full funding, the contract wraps exactly 35.2 BNB and attempts a full-range HACHI/WBNB position at 1% fee, using 200M HACHI. The initial reserve ratio is 5,681,818.181818 HACHI/BNB; initial price is 0.000000176 BNB/HACHI. At least 99% of each desired amount must enter the position. V3 rounding can leave small HACHI/WBNB residues, which remain in the mint contract without an owner withdrawal route.

After LP minting and verified permanent locking succeed, all remaining native BNB is sent automatically to the captured launch owner. This is 8.8 BNB under normal fundraising, plus any forced native surplus present at launch. `totalProjectBNBPaid()` and `ProjectBNBPaid` expose the exact payout. Funds are not sent to owner before liquidity creation; there is no standalone project-claim or treasury-withdrawal method.

Liquidity creation, permanent locking and project payment are atomic. If any fails, all roll back and funds remain in the mint contract. The final buyer's mint still succeeds. Anyone may retry `finalizeLiquidity()`; the owner recipient must accept BNB. Successful launch can only happen once.

The LP NFT is held permanently by our HachimiV3Locker, which has no administrator or withdrawal, decrease, migration or upgrade entry points. Anyone may trigger collectLPFees(); all collectible fees go to the owner captured at launch. Locker charges are zero BNB, zero LP and zero fee commission. [Lock details](liquidity-lock.md). HACHI has no buy/sell tax; 1% is the AMM fee.

## Funding period and refunds

The mint runs for exactly 90 days from deployment. At the deadline new mint transactions stop. An underfunded raise enters a permanent refund phase: original payers may reclaim all their actual mint payments through `refund()`, with no token return or live Agent ID required. Gas is excluded; each credit is paid once and has no later claim expiry. Refunds do not reduce historical raised/minted totals. A timely fully funded raise never becomes refundable, even if launch needs retry. [Full refund rules](refunds.md).
